Ok I got a new place to hunt and its only a 120 aces but it like 3min from my door, so I loaded up my big cat dog wich is just starting I've had him on prob 10 hunts and the first hunt I had him on he struck a hog, and to day I went to kinda look at the place I just picked up and had him in front of the truck seen him throw his head up and he was gone he barked twice and came back Well I kinda thought it must of been trash and he did the same thing and and barked a couple more times and then started hammering down I vested up my catch dog and went to him got about 10 yrds from him and seen a hog that went a bout 120 130 sent in the catch dog to seal the deal and ended up getting a nice hog and wasn't even trying

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...
