Well Tbob, Crittercatcher90, and myself headed out and we thought we were gonna got smoked tonight until we heard the dogs let out, ol' red hit a small sounder. We got a 200lb sow and this nice baby pig.

I'll let Tbob and critter90 add if they want to.

The dogs did good, Kevin and Sheltons dogs I believe, had the big sow and she was in a bulldozer pile, it looked like she made a tunnel in it with a small whelping cave at the end. Think what you want but there was literally ONE  way in and out of it and we didn't know what type of hog or hardware weez dealing with, so Kevin made the old wise decision to stick her thru the den walls. Good job Kevin.

We heard Ratty and Red bayed during all this so when I saw the sow was taken care of, me and Shelton headed over to the laser dogs. They were bayed in a weird briar dome (like an igloo) I headed into the exit to see if I needed a catchdog when the boar decided I was intruding. He didn't sprint past me like a scared pig, he straight charged on purpose. I jumped over him and thankfully he was scared by my ninja reflexes and panther like scream. Ended up trying to bolt, but with the laser dogs plus Shelton and Kevin dogs joining in at the ditch, that was all she wrote.

We don't post all the hogs on here, we don't want to upset folks with our dogs hunting abilities... Grin  Wink

Shoot, the Red dog ain't nothin' special, he can strike hogs all day all night but he can't finish them by himself.. If it weren't for the "support" he'd be just another loudmouth hound cur cross.
