are expected anyday now and ready for them to get here...impatiently waiting.
just a question should i seperate her from other dogs or will she be fine there pinned together?
have had breedings before but never amongst other dogs...
advice would be great!

I would seperate them... They have a tendency to get protective over their pups... Even if they both have shown zero aggression, i would rather be on the safe side.. ![Wink](http://www.easttexashogdoggers.com/forum/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

They must be seperated, other dogs may mess with her and interupt the birthing process. you could end up with dead puppies and a dead bitch. If nothing else, it will relieve the stress..seperation is a MUST.

I have never had puppies before. i had a awesome strike dog but she was little for a catahoula and the male is one of the biggest catahoulas ever born. I didn't watch her and she died giving birth. Whats the best advice for having puppies. is this a fluke or do you need to be ready to help everytime?
