Went out saturday morning after trying to get through all of the fog, myself, jjoiner and a buddy of ours from Conroe went out to a big place on the yegua creek in Burleson county. we let loose bout 8 that morning and didnt see sign of a hog one. we had two dogs on the ground and had jjoiners pup running along also trying to figure the hunting thing out. Since we hadnt seen alot of sign we decided to go to a thicket right on the yegua and rite at 10 o clock was when my BO dogs started yipping and running a hog trying to get it stopped. Marks's MACK dog and my BO dog ran this hog fro a good 15 min. before they got him stopped. I was wondering why rite after BO struck this boar i lost signal with him on my garmin so mark tracked to his dog and we found them caught on this big boar.Look at the DC-20 collar in the background in the first pic. the hog cut the antenna off and thats why i lost signal with him. this collat might of saved his LIFE! These pictures arent the best and i will try to get some more on later but he had bout 2 inch cutters on him and gave my bo dog just a few small pokes but nothing to worry bout.
HE WEIGHED 266 ON THE SCALE

nice story. its llike the pocket watch passed down from generation to generation stopping a bullet from hitting your heart cause it was in your shirt pocket. (which I beleive to be completly true Grin)its strange how things happen that way.
