I took a week off to spend with my boy and had planned on hunting some but  it has rained the whole time but we have made the best of it and moved to the boat , anyway Ive been playing with the spoonbill for a couple of weeks following them from reports and hitting holes and have had a blast , today I took my cousin with us and we had a 4 hour window of no rain , I live next to the ramp and from there its maybe 6 miles to the damb , its really big water and fish were thick , I dont know how many they got but it was a lot , weve been the only boat on the river the last few days it sure has been nice , when theres alot of boats and half or more cant cast a pole or drive a boat in flood water it gets very dangerous , well heres a few pics

Looks like yall are having a heck of a good time. Those are some nice fish!

You are braver than me getting out on that water. I went to Wagoner last night and the nav. channel was swelled up big time, with a ton of trash in it too. Hopefully it won't rain tomorrow and y'all can get some more!
