Put your dog on smaller pigs everytime you work it and it should start catching and then once he will catch all the time put him on a bigger pig

Just take a regular catchdog and put him in some doggie sneakers, tiny shorts and a sweatband. Also give him an iPod that just plays "eye of the tiger"

I start the dog on hotdogs or what ever food they like. Play many games with the food when they are young (4 to 6 week sold to start). once they are good at playing hide and seek then place the food on a sent pad. I use a hog in a trap for 3 days then I remove cage and the hog and mark off the sent pad. Then I get the pups to find the food in the pig sent pad until they go crazy for the pig sent. Then run trails with the pig from the sent pad. This makes for another fun hide and seek game. Keep this up until they are always looking for pigs. Then move the dog onto small hogs and progress the size of the pig as the dog learns what is wanted from him.

Another good thing to do when they start hunting is to never lead them up until they know what they are doing. They need to run on the ground. Run them with the type of dog that you want your RCD to hunt like.

Trash break as needed after dog is finding his own hog. I use a muzzel and the tritronics trashbreaker. I introduce the dog to cattle, goats, sheep, chickens, horses, and deer. The muzzle is only used while trash breaking smaller animals. For dogs that need more help in the trash breaking I turn to rock salt

Rock salt? Please explain.

My bud has some cat x pit pups that would make a good RCD

i just take a fast pig and go to the fox pens and let the dogs chase it, they will learn that if they catch it it wont get away
