I've got my buck dog ( kemmer male) n my tuff dog ( bmc male from bayed hard)
Well anyways there penned seperate play thru fence blah blah blah. Well I had to pen em together for awhile, they were good at first then turned into a pissing match. Needless to say the fight was on. It ended as soon as I yelled but not I've been trying to get em out in the yard together n they both keep bowing up. I know there's gotta b a leader but I can't just let em fight buck easily had tuff pinned by throat so hard he couldn't even cry. Idk what to do bucks never been like this n I know tuff if a pup n starts it from what I've seen. Do I get rid of the one I like the least or??? I like both dogs a lot but I can't have em fightin

i have had some male dogs that will kill each other on the yard if I let them get together ,but in the woods they hunted like best friends. So if they hunt good together i would keep them in separate kennels

Feed them good hunt em hard. The best training can't make up for bad breeding.

x2 i had 2 male dogs that would fight in the yard but in the woods they would not even growl at each other. Couod put em together in dog box too just not in the yard for some reason. Guess had to do with territory

I only have two male at my place. The Stag and my brindle mutt Tiger. Tiger is/was an instigator. I let all my dogs out every evening to run and such so they have to get along. The ole Stag put him in check several times (stag would catch ear/head just like a hog poor Tiger looks like a hog that has had multiple catch dogs on him). He still never quit his crap. I finally went and got me a "hot shot". Busted both of them with it the next fight then Tiger when he growled and once more when Tiger just looked crazy. Not a problem since. I'm sure I will have to use it again but for now everything is good and they completely avoid each other. Going on a month with no drama.

Yeah, i'd have to agree about throwing down yourself... Let them know you run chit! Beat their heads in a little and make sure they know that you are the BOSS! I would also put them in separate kennels as well.

Most mature males wont tollerate another mature male in their personal space such as a kennel. We have two mature males who are like best buddies when hunting and are even chained next to one another with no problems..... but as soon as one of our females come in heat, they will fight if given the chance.
They are both good dogs and I would never consider getting rid of either, so I just see it for what it is and try to keep them apart when needed.

My two males will walk on the same lead in the woods but get into it in the yard. They can't be next to each other in the kennels but can ride next to each other in the dog box..
