-same as previous post- opening soon, expanding the 2 acre pen i had before and going to be about 4 times the size if not more. this expantion wil have trees and more brush also adding another little pond. i am still looking for more pigs for my pen ( 80+ lbs) as of now once i finish it it will be free to all who wish to come out and train there pups for the woods. i expect to have it done by the end of next weekend ( may 27th) but that all depends on if i can find some help or not. for any questions or info plz contact me at 936-581-0119. this is not a competition pen it is just for training dogs for the hunt.
if you come out and like the set up im not requesting but will exept donations of corn, pigs (80+lbs) and or wire to improve the pen. thanx much and GL hunting!

got all the fencing up, tomorow just got to patch holes and tie the bottom down. been a long hard day my hands are killing me!

NEW!!!
after talking to Texas park and wild life and animal health comm. this pen isn't going to be ready by regulation by the time i expected....i have found out that i have to have double fincing to have a wild pig holding facility which is what they are calling it and i only have enof fence for one part of this...anyone with spare fence that you would like to sale or donate would be grateful. this pen is for the community and surrounding areas, im trying to help get pups started for the hunt to help do our part on getting rid of these hogs in the area. the fencing has to be hog proof fence ( hog panels or wire) also anyone interested in using this pen after i am finished iv been informed that you have to have a hunting license to come and train your dogs on it so there will be forms to be filled out were u put your contact and license info. im srry if this puts anyone in a bind by im trying to do this right and i myself don't want to be caught up in any legal crap. again any wire or paneling you would like to sale or donate plz contact me.

Just a update....I have the wire I need to meet regulation for my pen. But there has been a set back because I have to tear down the fence I'm getting it from with no help. I will have the pen up and running ASAP keep checking here for more up dates

Man the pen looks nice...I'm up in the Lufkin area but have got a couple pups i'm gonna start in a couple months...I may try to come down during the weekend when i start em and i'll bring some grub for the pigs or try to bring some fresh hogs......
