what is the dosage for the bayer treee and shrub on dogs

I have some of the old stuff with the higher active ingredient but I cant remember the dosage for putting on the dogs.  Can someone help me out?

We use it to and we just pour a few cap full down there back and a cap full on a small dog

If the active ingredient is 1.47% Imidacloprid , use 15 cc on 50 to 60 lb. dog.

If the active ingredient is .75%  Imidacloprid , use  30 cc on 50 to 60 lb. dog.
