I have lost this virtue I guess. Normally I won't hunt a dog until its at least 10 months old, mine are 8, but I just can't stand it anymore. My bulldog is over two years old so no worries there but the pups are going to start getting on the job education this weekend. We will be running with a couple older dogs that know the drill so it won't be just a total soup sandwich but it is going to be interesting I'm sure. Wish us luck!

I always plan on waiting until they are 1yr old.   Sometimes I feel some are ready eairler.  I wait until I feel they are physically and mentally mature enough to keep up on a pretty good race.
