Welcome, didn't know there was any hogs out that way.
They have been spotting them about 15-25 mins from my house. A guy killed over 2 dozen in Rockwell NC, and they were spotted in a park in the middle of Charlotte 2-3 Years ago. |

my name is Ken, and I am from NC. I just got my first hog dog ( american bulldog) about a year ago. I haven't had a chance to hunt her myself yet, but she has seen hogs and she has caught. I'm here to learn all I can about hog hunting before I dive into the woods. Hope to learn about some different dogs as well. Please bear with me, I'm bound to ask some stupid questions LOL!

Sad thing is, they hardly ever end up in the right hands. I've had them for over a decade. Best dogs I've ever owned hands down, just very little protective drive. that's why i'm siching to AB's. BTW what do you guys use? bull arabs? Bullmastiff crosses? Bull terriers? boxers? |
