Has anyone had any problem charging your dc 40. Mine was working perfectly fine until a few nights ago and it went dead and now it will not come on or charge at all.

One of mine died after about a year and a half,.....sent it back to Garmin and had a refurbished one in a few days. If yours are still under warranty, just call them and do what they say. They've been real good with my problems so far....good luck.

they was very polite and as helpful as they could be. it just took a month to get the replacement collar from them. the first time i called them after the 2 wk time frame they said they showed they had recieved it but couldnt find it and then they told me they was having problems with getting them from china. it would be my luck to be the only one to have something like this happen lol. i did end up getting the replacement collar and didnt have any issues on the warranty so in the end it all worked out
