I have a 98 polaris sportsman 500 4x4 the top end was rebuilt last year. Apparently they didnt install the head gasket correctly and it needs a new heads gasket. The carb was rebuilt 2 months ago everything works on the atv. You can crank it as it is and it will idle fine and motor sounds great just getting water in the oil from headgasket. Body is decent. will need brakes. Im tired of fooling with it and i want a utv. I will trade it for a shock system with 2 collars or $600.
