Two racks of Beef Ribs and a Boston Butt



My own rub - smoked hot paprika, jalapeño powder, onion powder, garlic powder, etc, etc.



Cheap grill/smoker combo from Lowes I think. It does a hell of a job though. Big chunk of pecan. Now just waiting for a little fire. Get that log about halfway burnt and close baffles down and put the meat on.
