-must catch every time. no barking.
-must catch solid. no letting go.
-must be quiet on a 4 wheeler while other dogs are hunting
-must not quit on a running hog
-go to a bay quickly... of course
-be long winded
-no health problems such as hip or joint problems, known heartworms etc.
-no previously broken jaw or legs
