John called me last night and asked if I wanted to hunt this morning to see if we could break our bad luck streak. You see John moved to Conroe from California and is good buddies with JW... pigstkr on the boards. We've hunted together several times and I told him he was bad luck... cause we never even get on any hogs when we go. We finally ended the streak this morning with a fat 150# boar hog that his grandson, Ray, got to stick.

Thats awesome...John very well could be bad luck. He came up here to hunt and we ended up almost being carried away by mosquitoes and then a bad thunderstorm came that ended the hunt...lol

He is a good guy, no doubt. I talked to him on Friday or Saturday and he was wanting to go. I'm glad Ray and Him got on a hog.
