I recently bought the long range antennas for my dc 30 collars.   Well today I ended up losing communication a lot with them way more than I ever had and once I found my dogs I had them in the box and still never picked them up.   Has anyone ever experienced this same problem?   I bought the the replacement collars.    Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Make sure the antennas were put in correctly.

That and dirt and sand can get in there and mine wouldn't pick up at all once I cleaned them it all came back

basically after the handheld update u go back to where it says "find device" and click it and on your handheld u go to your collar and press menu and at bottom it will say "update collar" i think. Its been while since i done mine

Owners manual has detailed instructions for updating handheld and collars.
