Looking to purchase the newest garmin with the training combo. Only reviews I can find are from the people who sell it....need a real review,from a hunter, not gaining anything...

I have a buddy that is a quail hunting guide here in South TX and he uses it on his pointers, he says its worth every penny. He says he gets good range on the shock collar, a lot more than what he would usually get from the regular e-collar. He's been a dog handler for over 20 years so ill take his word.
