Went out to the golf course with Nate, Olddogger, and some new guys including Mustang Man. Caught a sow right off the bat, tied her and turned her out in one of my corral traps. Lacy and Jade had rolled out and were bayed about 900 out. Went to them, took the cd in and he had a decent boar caught. Was about to leg him and the boar drug him off (little did we know he had been hit hard and hooked in the mouth and had a fractured jaw). Girls took him another mile and a half and bayed him on the edge of a creek. Drove to them, sent woody in and he took the hog right off the edge about 20 ft down and had some rough dogs in the mix this time, to make sure we kept him caught when they went over the edge. Slid down and legged him. Let my buddy, Nate, stick his first hog since the buyers were shut down. He has been going with me for months now and I have never let him stick one, so I figured this trip was as good a time as any. Girls had rolled out and were treed about a mile away. We had a heck of a time getting ahold of the right people to go in and get them, but the girls kept the sow hemmed up for about an hour and a half till we got there. We ran in, made sure we caught lacy and jade, got the sow, and let one of the other first timers stick one. This last one did the ol cd in, pulled a top canine from the fractured jaw  Angry , so he will be down for about 6 mo.

Nates first and last  Grin stick.
