Gonna make a run in Chattfield tomorrow morning. We've hunted this 900 acres twice. We struck both times and caught once. Chambers creek isn't that far away and the place has a creek running through it. Jeremy says when the area gets a lot of rain it pushes even more pigs up on the place. I'm sure it will be wet but hoping these pups of ours have a big day tomorrow.

Not far, he was in a newer planted pine patch, not far from the creek but far enough were we ended up catchin him on dry ground.

Well....bad wind had my pups all confused, lol.

They hunted hard. Made a few good runs but came up dry.

Did end up a GREAT DAY though......

Look what I found

Looked dang good! We did stumble across a cow carcass, it wasn't very old. I Think he was eating on it.

You know....that pup didn't hang under my feet at all. I kind of expected him to when we found him. He acted like he had been with us all along. He even ranged out with Jasper, stayed out on loops as long or longer than my girls. Think he may make a dog...we'll see.
