How do you make the map where you can see it when you are looking at it on birdes eye view . My map is very dark.

Tap the on off button. It should bring up the screen for back light.

What he is saying is when he has the birds eye view on you can hardly see it it is dark dark looking but if  you switch it over to the regular map its fine .   The black light is all the way up .

Huh?Huh?Huh?  Cannot figure out how to get the Birds eye veiw to get lighter are were you can see it like you can the regular map Huh??

Back light is the only way that I know of. I have birds eye on mine and it is harder to see during daylight. If I zoom in it makes it a lil better. Believe this is gonna be an issue of the file that was downloaded and the brightness of it.

X2.....map is easier to see in direct sunlight too!

I have the same problem with my Birds Eye. Im fixin to get on it and see if Base Camp has a way to lighten it up or change the contrast before we download to the Garmin. I'll keep yall updated.
