I had one yrs like 20 yrs ago looked just like that dog was pointer pit was one of the best dogs I have ever had rip boomer

Mrs. LA, I think I'm gonna try and see if she'll catch. I don't get to hunt much right now so it'd just be every now and then, and to help out when i'm trapping. But I think she's got it in her. She's a fun little dog to have around to and loves to ride around in the pick up.
As for the heeler I thought about that but the color of the spots makes me think pointer. And her hair is real thin and short unlike a heeler's thick coat.

That's great! I'd like to hear if she shows well when you introduce her to a pig! Wouldn't that be handy..... She looks like a great truck dog/buddy! |

Well June Bug got introduced to hogs this morning. I couldn't be happier with her. Took her a little bit to get her a bite, but once she did and heard the squeal it was on. A couple more training sessions and she should have it down.  |
