18 HP evinrude tiller handle boat motor reduced to 200.00

18 HP tiller handle boat motor fast wind. Needs pull rope. Used it all summer. Just bought a 25 mercury so I don't need it. It runs good. Put new plugs and rebuilt carb at begging of summer.
