all my collars came from tejas and i had them now for about 6 years. they show wear, but still work great.

on vests,  my 2 strike dogs wear bay head and go to the end of the rib cage. they are lighter and real flexible, but still offer good protection.

i also use x-treme outdoors long length vest which are 3 layers and covers the flank area and a tejas vest i use on my 40 lb. pit catch dog. the tejas vest is 4 yrs old and in great shape. lots of cuts, but none go all the way through.

Really like those homemade strap collars. great idea! Grin

hey you guys with the leather cut collars, what are the measurements on those?  and if you say like 22" or something, is that the entire length or to the middle hole in the strap?     I really like the looks of the leather collars Rowdy had for sale on here a while back and I would also like some more info on the collars that dblackwell put pictures up of, I think they were Rocky made.
