Ok we go thro a check point the drug dog stars wagging his tail in from of us andsits the handler pulls him off iI'm like babe did u c that number 2 that dog was skewering on that truck dog goes back this time are puts his feet on bed getting excite again handles pulls him off dog did not act like that all toward other trucks these agents need more traing or something I'm no trainer or anything but I know dogs at that dog was hitting

 they could have let the tck go so they can tail it to see where/who it leads the narc agents to for a potential bigger bust or dealer. I was watching border wars or something like that dealing with ice/bp and they would let drugs come across the river n follow the smugglers to a stash house or dealer.

Most police K9s use either a passive or an aggressive "alert".  Very very few will do both.  Hard to explain to a judge yeah the dog sat, then jumped on the hood.  lol  But yes at times agents will allow certain things to happen for certain reasons to catch a bigger fish.
