Casey called wanting to go make a run so i decided to make a a hunt in the ice for my birthday..It was 14 degrees when we kicked the dogs out and only got colder but we were nice a comfy in the heater of the truck with the flask. First we drop Casey's Cash and Blackjack and My Tiger and pup May and started roading them through the place.We hunted for a while without getting into any sign but about 45 min into the hunt they all started getting piggy and winding something they really liked and hunting out 500-1mile out in all directions but just couldnt ever line it out with the wind shifting from different directions every couple minutes. We decided to put Cash and Blackjack up and dropped my Tuff dog With Tiger..They left out for a good while hunting with no luck so we started roading them and only made it another couple hundred yard and i look at garmin and see Tuff treed 260 i killed it and listen and sure enough you can hear him tangled up with what sounds like a good boar..We drove in to 140 yards and i went in on foot while casey grabbed is cd. By then Tiger had gotten there and I got there to find Tuff caught holding him by the ear with Tiger baying him right in his bed. As i went in to leg him he made a hard lunge towards me and almost knocked me down but about that time Stoney got there and helped anchor him down and we got him flipped and stuck. Thanks again Casey for coming down and making a hunt with me on my Birthday. I had a blast as always Casey and Stoney  The FINDER/HOLDER Tuff and I   |
