Deadwood area info needed.

Got me a new good lookin yella dog from a good fella in rusk. He got the dog and it's out of some dogs from the deadwood area. Timmy Henderson owns the sire to my dog"Jed" and Oran boran* is another name I was given might have the dam. Chris Carlisle has a full brother (not litter mate but same parents) to my male and the guy said Chris's male was one of the best dogs he's ever seen hunt before. I'm jut trying to track down some back ground info on a new dog and see where he came from. Any info I can put down in the books would be great. Thanks in advance
