Does any company make a 3 inch cut collar with a box cut out of it for the tracking collar to be able to be worn under the collar? I'm fixen to start putting a cut collar on one of my dogs but I like to run a garmin and quick track on them and it's guaky with all that on I figure I could put one under and one on top and be able to give him more neck movement that way. I'm not use to all the cutgear so any ideas are welcomed.

Hardcore makes a collar that use the garmin and quick track collar to hold the cut collar on. Its not what you mentioned but may work for what you need.

I ended up making all my own cut gear because when I first started, I didn't have a whole lot of money. I have a Industrial sewing machine and I can make any piece of cut gear someone needs. If you want some ideas on good tough, make it yourself stuff, Check out rollingthunderec.com. Thats my site, I designed one that will stop a .22LR at point blank range. If you have a facebook page click on my link, you can also check out demonstrations of the collars I make. I've been on some big hogs in the past few years with my dogs. I have never had my collars cut through. I do sell my collars and repair them for free but if you want to make your own, take a look at the way I constructed them. You should be able to make them

Big Pugh, I'll build one and send you a picture of it if you can get me the measurements on the quick track box portion of the unit. I've seen the quick tracks that look like garmins but I've never owned one. What I will do is, exactly what you said. I'll put gps loops on the inside of the collar and the outside of the collar. Then make a hole for the quick track to poke through the collar. You should be able to run a tracking collar on the outside and one on the inside and still maintain a 4" cut coller width.
Decker, my sizes for small-13-17", medium-17-20", Large 20-23". But if you want any bigger or smaller I can make them what ever size you want. I try to keep a 3 inch play either way, in case people want to run them on different dogs.
Thanks guys

Valley Creek made me a 3 inch collar years ago for a very small dog I have. Didn't have garmin back then but I am sure they can put loops or whatever else you need on it.

Bo pugh, I'm sorry. I can make one 3 inches in width like you were talking about but Its going to be narrow. I'm not sure how long the dog's neck is but a 3.5" maybe might give him some more clearance than the 4 inch

Hatchet10 I will measure the dogs neck tomm and get you a measurement. Yea I think the 3.5 will work good . I would think the slot in the collar would need to be about 5&1/4" long and 1&1/2" wide that's the widest point on the collar It's has a curvature to it to fit the dogs neck but I think that would give it plenty room to let the antenna out. If anyone else has any better measurements chime in or any suggestions to the collar. All ideas are welcomed. And hatchet thanks for the help I'm ready to see what the collar is going to look like.

Hatchett i got the collar in. It looks good very well built. It's been raining last two days here and cold so I haven't had a chance to try it on the dog but I will and will be putting it to the extreme test as soon as turkey season is over.
