What do yall do to get rid of fleas. Never had problem with them before but now I can't get rid of them. I've sprayed kennels with several different products and dipped dogs with several different products. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated. Don't check email tvecera@yahoo.com

Comfortis tablet work for us. Works for ticks about 2 wks, kills fleas for 30 days, worms and its easy to give with a meal. Or regular ol Dawn dish soap.

last year i had the worst time with fleas, spent no telling how much money trying to kill them and none of that bs worked, the only thing i did that did work is the comfortis pills, and this sounds crazy but i gave it to all the dogs i had tied out and moved them to some kennels and let some yard chickens out and they was going through there picking every flea up that moved and i did that about 3 days and they were gone and havent seen one since, but the comfortis pill is where i would start, and dont be cheap and break it in half go ahead and give the dog the whole pill i learned this the hard way,

Bayer or Dominion tree and shrub works great for me...put straight on the dog down their back...1cc per 20 lbs, or a little more won't hurt them

Tree and shrub! Add a little permithrin and it will keep flys and ticks down too. Just put a line down the back.

I still use permethrin 10% on the dogs and a mixture of permethrin 10% and MARTINS I.G. REGULATOR in and around the kennel perimeter . hasn't failed me yet .
