Not scratched up, Works great, never been in water, I have the box still and instructions and with some of the hardware, waterproof case.. I took good care of the cam and it's never been on a dog either.. Looking to sell for $180 but may do a trade for a good working condition dc40 /w charger and $40 .. you can check ebay or walmart and see i'm ask a good price!
