Took him too the vet and that's what he was diagnosed with. I told him over & over he wouldn't eat. And all he said was too give him anything he would eat, table scraps, and other stuff. Well I've done that. Ham, turkey, hotdogs, purina canned dog food. And what happens Is he gets excited eats a little then leaves it. Hunger takes over and hell eat all of it. But then hell get sick lay around not move. Well this morning he threw up everything he ate yesterday. He's a 70-75lb dog, he's down. Way down. He's going too the vet Monday, so really I need help. With ideas, anybody ever gone through this. Any ideas on getting him too eat.

This is what the vet prescribed. Baytrilmycin, It doesn't seem too be working. He's also very dehydrated. Barely drinks water. Anything I can do too help that?

5-10cc of pepto to settle his stomach down so maybe he can keep the food down. Dont let him "pig out", even though he aint eaten nuch and then eats a lot, only let him hav a little bit at a time (every 20-30). As dar dehydration, If u can get a big syringe, shoot gatorade or pedilite down his throat 10-20cc at a time (wait 15-20min then do it again) or if he is badly dehydrated, 100cc (every 2-3hrs) of saline or distiled water along with the liquids in his stomach.

He has pneumonia they said...and they didnt tell you to nebulize him?
Nebulization treatments were always a standard part of treatment when we had pneumonia patients.
His chest likely feels horrid which could be the root of him being lethargic. If you cant get a hold of a bad of lactated ringers and an iv line to give him subqutaneous fluids....do as others suggested already and syringe feed him water, pedialyte or gatoraide.
Hydration is the utmost important. As for food....small quantities. You can try something like chicken bouillon cubes in chicken broth. You can also squirt some honey in his mouth as well.  Can you get any Famotadine? Its otc sold at stores and pharmacies. That will settle his stomach nausea. If hes taking antibiotics on an empty stomach that will definately cause GI upset.
Hydrate hydrate hydrate. They will crash from dehydration before they will from food deprivation.
I wish you the best of luck.

If you can get your hands on some nuflor or resflor it's used for upper respiratory problems in cattle and keep him hydrated even if you have to give him the fluids sub cue under the skin on his back, heck I would do that anyways if your not able to give an I.v. Just for the fact that he won't be able to throw it back up if he is not holding anything down
