Went end of year caughr a good sow. Fat as I have seen in a long time. Then last night went and walked some then roaded. Only had my only bay dog down. He took a track one way then turned and went other side of road. Was only 140 or so then said treed but I couldnt hear him so I thought he was farting around. Dogs in back go to whineing and yipping so tell my wife to kill the truck. Still nothing. Then faintly hear him bayed. Look at garmin and am confused it has him treed at like 120. He is pretty loud so im wondering rather to dump dogs to him or try and get closer. Ended up trusting garmin and it was right moved up to side of hill and could hear him then. Caught him in a cedar wind row in a bad spot he picked it well but not good enough. Looked like he had been caught before didnt have much of a left ear. He had some sharp ones for teeth but dogs will live to hunt again. Wanted to take him out alive but it was just the wife and I so ended up sticking him after we tied him. Sow Boar
