I prefer daytime 110%. When I hunt at night it is due to heat. I don't run during deer season because lots of the places I hunt I hunt free. I lay off during season just so nobody has any issues.

I agree with Shotgun. Most of my places are night hunt places only though. An I've done had dogs shot in past due to idiots with guns and don't want it to happen again.

all kidding aside I prefer to hunt the daylight hours mainly because I have found that I tend to bay more sounders rather than singles . I like to jump a whole sounder of hogs in their bed rather than catch up to them on a feeding run . and most times with my old rough pack we had them caught before they woke up good lol .

I like to hunt in the day just for the fact I can see what I'm doing and where im going. It's hard to drive around in a thicket at night. And I can't keep up with anything and a flash light is usually the first thing I loose. I will turn loose in the evening when I get off work some but I try to make it a quick turnout and get back home.

Agree. Would love to start hunting during the daylight again. But all the dog hating zombies are walking around looking for their next meal.
