I've heard tale that ........ from Joshua,tx been riding the roads down in the Rio vista, Blum, and Kopperl areas turning his dogs out on hog sign and when he spots hogs from the roads. Anybody have any truth about this? I've been hearing nothing but negative things about this guy and being close to me makes me wonder.

Don't come on here call someone out by name and accuse them of something based on "what you've heard".

Yea it's 100% known that he didn't have permission on the place he was seen coming out of. I guess if he aint guilty he will set the story straight, I'm not stiring anything but when it's my backyard then I'll call it like I hear it.

Calling the warden and sheriff dept may have been better. If he is not guilty, they will be the ones to to exanurate him, if he is guilty, they will be the ones to prosecute him.

he could of just been seen going in and getting a dog or coming out from getting his dog., its hard for someone to see someone else riding and turning loose on fresh sign where their not suppose to be without catching them. i mean if people are seeing him do it that regular and he hasnt got in any trouble about it either hes a bad out law or might have permission somewhere in the area. i got talked about last year to several people in my area i supposly turned out at a feeder i didnt have permision to be at and word was they had my picture at a camera but it turned out to not be me as i knew it wasnt cause i didnt turn out where i wasnt suppose to be but. i did go in the same place week before to get two of my dogs back and later sent the guy a message i went and got them it was just someone talking about something they didnt know anything about but it was brought up a couple times. if my dog gets across the line and looks like he might be making the trip back ill wait on him where im suppose to be but if hes bayed or keeping on going im not going to be to far behind him, and most of the people i know are like that, i dont consider that poaching or outlawing i call it retrieving

Didn't see the name posted...it had already been deleted. I hunt one of those areas as well. There are some outlaws out there. For sure.

Lol if i posted up about everytime ive seen or heard of guys outlawing in our area i would probly crash this forum! Its part of in unfortunentally, is it right? Nope. Does it piss us off? Yup. Do the gamewardens do anything about it? Nope......it sucks because the outlaws are the guys that ruin it for the rest of us but other than callin the law our hands are tied.

Justin your right. Work hard to get a place or places to hunt...doing it the right way...and outlaws just do what they want.

I make sure my land owners know every time I go out...I text the game warden and let him know too. I keep an eye on things as best I can and let them know if something ain't right. My land owners LOVE me

If the wardens won't do anything bout it, then go to the station commander, area commander or call Austin tpwd hq and file complaints. They were hired to police the wildlife and hunters and if they don't wanna do their job, they should be fired and transfer/hire wardens that will do their job.

One thing is being over looked here to be a good outlaw hunter you have to be very skillful. Not get caught by land owner not get caught by other hunters not get caught by game warden and passers by. And need to have a good handle on his dogs avoid any game cameras can't be seen by any farmers during the day time. Got to be in good shape to out run any one that spots ya and not give a crap bout your dogs. Oh must have big brass balls can't Bragg on anything you do to the wrong person. Got to be very skilled at lying and a bit smarter than the next guy must plan out each hunt to the t. These fellas are the best hunters out there but on the flip side they are sorry SOBs lol
