I enjoy running 1 or 2 dogs or 8 to 10 dogs... or anything in between haha! We get a few friends together and have a pack on the ground sometimes. It's beautiful sound hearing that many dogs baying a hog... you know it's a good one. Or having multiple bays going on at one time... catch one and ease on to the next.

It's a good feeling when you can drop one or two of your dogs and bay up and actually see how good a dog is. And if you do it enough the dogs will show you exactly what they got and when you get them to that point. It makes your pack so much better cuz you can pair them up better in a small special ops kind of way instead of mass enforcement

Hard to catch 2 or 3 at a time with 1 dog.I do understand the point of running less and we do it at times.

Ya I hear ya half my dogs are pretty much catch dogs when I do get on a group I will usely have several caught if not they will run one or two down I just hate when a guy say I got rough dogs and he take 8 dogs to catch a hog lol that's not rough dogs. Dogs are pack hunters the more on the ground the bolder they get two or 3 should do the job. Now they will miss some but that's part of it. Now taking more dogs and switching them out is different I don't knock any one for there style and I pretty much go with the flow any will hunt any style any time to hunt lol when I go with guys that drop the sink on em I just take a dog and keep them put up till feel the need to let em out lol

Yessir even if I got 6 on the ground they're hardly ever together I just hope that they'll pair up it can get a bit hairy at times but we manage.I really love splitting up and  going to several catches and then seeing what your buddies tied.Sh@t like several others said I just love running dogs.
