I got a big yellow bulldog/cur cross used as a really rough/running catch dog. I used him as a lead in catch dog for alil while and he does not fit that job. He will take his own track sometimes before he goes to a bay when a group of hogs bust and he doesn't lock down completely on 100% of the hogs he's sent in on, which is what a lead in bulldog does. I don't sell dogs usually, but this is the friendliest, most well mannered dog you could ask for and I can't see culling him. He likes attention and you can't get him to fight another dog. He was bought for $800 dollars as a trash broke dog and I haven't had him trash on livestock at all and I'm selling him for $300.
If you're wanting a dog that will take a cold track and bay a hog, this is NOT him, he's a hot nosed, really rough bulldog cross. I haven't ever tried to use him as a find dog so I won't even tell you he'll find one, I just know he will take his own track when I send him to a bay. He runs with other dogs well. Only picture I have of him right now, he's at a buddies house and I will pick him back up today and will get better pics. Located in Leesville, LA and I am not going to hold a dog for two or three weeks for someone to cancel on me. If it's reasonable request I'll work with you if able.
