Not much hog to show here. And that's fine. It's been awhile since I'm able to get out and hunt. Took my cassi dog. My young up in comer goofy, black catahoula. And I took my catchdog Doobie, and my up in comer June bug. My Amerigo pup off Blake bh kid-doodle cross.
Pulled up seen hardly any sign, rode around checked tossing under fences and hardly nothing. Casted out my goofy pup and cassi. Sat there and hung out for about 20 minutes. Let em work the set of woods in front of me. Didn't see any of the dogs. My cassi dog ended up about 750+800 before she had enough and come back. Now my black pup. Now he ended up back behind me in the opposite direction, he was huntin his ass off. He snuck into the neighbors place and burned his woods up before coming back in lol. Whoops. Moved to back of the place, good set of woods. Same thing casted dogs. They split up, cassi went strait in goofy circled around right. 10 minutes goes by. I check the Map. There doing there thing. Heading back twards me. But I notice, there headed strait for each other. They just about ram each other head on and I hear the woods start shaking. They bayed a pack about 20 head. Had em held long enough for me to sneak in with the buggy. I get about 40 yards in and cut Doobie. He catches first one he sees. My black pup caught out on his own. Got drug out, eventually coming in to this hog's squeal.  Amerigo pup goes to cassi and Doobie's hog and she helps out. She's still trying to figure out what's going on first hog in the woods for her. She's only 10 months old. My goofy pup is s year and a half old maybe more cant exactly remember. and I've seen all I need to. He's going to make a dog he's gotten better and better pushing tracks each hunt. I plan on putting a ton of time in him to bring it out of him. All in all worked young dogs with older dogs nothing hurt including myself one hog down and I was out of there after about 2 hours. Had a amazing day of dog work

It sure was. I'll be honest. I'm enjoying this alone hunting. I feel like I've made better dogs alone then with distractions. I've got a better handle on the situation and dogs
