I found a lump on my bmc today when I took him out of the kennel to let him run. Its right on his side at the end of his rib cage. I pinched it to see if it was hard and it felt peanut sized. He's only 1 1/2 years old. What could it be? I can't post pictures through my phone but I can email or text them if anyone can give me suggestions to what it could be.
Many thanks. -Cristina

the lump itself is the size of a peanut or just the hard part within the lump.

i would lance it with a needle and see what color fluid if any comes out if it is any color other than clear it could be an abscess , if it is clear it will proabably go away after a while.
