Her name is Hope, as in I hope she makes a hog dog. Got my pup from one of my hunting buddies this weekend. She is a female, lol, and out of a littermate sister to my Ava female and a littermate brother to my Shaymus dog. So Raylynn bred to her double cousin produced Ava/Freckles. Givens (Raylynn’s littermate brother) to Precious (Raylynn’s half sister by way of Yonder) produced Shaymus/Poncho. Poncho/Freckles= Hope The collie blood is strong, lol. Dang son, you went Walker on me. lol That's a Holstein. I named one of my females Hope to for the same reason. So far she is doing ok. Hope yours does too.

Lol thanks y’all. I really like her nature. She’s real confident and she likes to check stuff out. Genetics just amaze me. That Walker blood really makes itself seen. I’d have to put pencil to paper but this pup is probably bred down 3/16 Walker.

Thanks guys Lol Highwater if I didn’t have this idea that I could get the beat of both worlds, I would run straight hound. I love the hounds good qualities and to me they out way the bad. My collie dogs have a pretty and houndy locate which I love. I hope Hope does too. Hope’s Momma is marked just like her except black brindle where Hope is black. Her daddy is a blue merle. I think the litter had 3 Walker/bluetick colored ones, one that’s white with red patch work, 2 merles, and one white with merle patches.  Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
