Missing dogs

Cross posted this into the dog trade as well since not everybody reads the forums.
My good buddy is missing three black plott dogs. 2 males 1 female. He had loaned them out to a guy that he’s friends with around February. Called him a few weeks ago to get them back from him well they didn’t get to meet up that week. A week later he said the dogs was gone and that they had gotten one of his yellow gyps along with the 3 plotts. Not sure who’s in the wrong wether they was really stolen or if they was sold but just trying to get info or location of the dogs.
