Dad and I got to hunt for little while this morning. We went to a ranch that neighbors a ranch we've been hunting. The ranch owner ask us if we would hunt his land when we were up that way. This morning we gave it a try. The hunt started off kinda slow, But picked up the pace pretty quick. The dogs struck and went about 200 yards, bayed then broke, went about 125 yards futher and bayed solid I cut the catch dog at about 200 yards out. The guy with us ask how I would know if the catch dog got there I told him to lisson wham and squeeling I told him she was there. it was a sow about 175#. The ranch owner was amazed at how the dogs bayed and caught. sorry for the poor quality pic my phone was all I had with me.
