I have a puppy that had that or at least thats what I think she had. at first I thought maybe one of the other puppies bit her and hurt her eye cause she was the smallest one and got picked on by the others and it looked swollen. It lasted for about a week and a half and every morning i got a damp towel and wiped all the gunk off until she could open her eye and throughout the day I did this if needed I also gave her some antibiotics (cephalexin) I have some if you need just let me know. It cleared up fine and her eye is now normal  Smiley
