We were pulling into our property at sunrise when we noticed a dark object about 300 yards out in a grain field. We stopped and looked at it for a bit, but decided it was a bush and moved on. As we pulled closer and started to park we noticed the bush had not only decided to move, but haul a$$ straight away from us. We cut Sam and Reggie loose and sent them out into the field. They both made circles out to about 300 yards where they picked up the scent and threw it in 5th gear, but by this time the hog was well out of sight. Peachez and Tiger got sent as soon as I could collar them up, and they joined in on the chase. 1.5 miles later the dogs had the boar bayed up in a patch of woods in a flooded field. Aaron sent Jag in first, and he hammered it. Sent our new catchdog in, and not so great  . We sent McLovin in first, and he did great. Sent the new catchdog in and she showed some improvement , so we'll see on her.
