Anyone knows anything about old tractors? How can I tell the difference between an A and Super A? Does anyone have any spare parts laying around?  This was my grandpas tractor and my dad and I are planning on restoring it.

What year model is that? That looks a lot like my grandpa's tractor. I don't know much about them but I'm sure I can find out some info for you....

I believe it is a late 40s. My dad told me, but i forgot, maybe a 48. Just don't know if it is a A or SuperA.  He's trying to get a carb rebiuld, but aparently they put a lot of different carbs on these things.

Well, my grandpa's is a Super A although my dad isn't sure exactly how to tell the difference. He did say that there should be a number stamped into the side of the carb. I dont know if that helps any but I guess its a starting point.
