High Quality Club Calf Embryos and Semen

I have 23 high quality club calf embryos for sale. They are all #1 and have been properly stored. Liquid nitrogen levels are checked every 12 hours. Tank has never been below 4 inches. These breedings have produce winners at every major show, and there is no reason for me to believe that they would fail to do the same in the future. The only reason that these embryos are even up for sale is that we sold all of our cattle. We had about 25 clubby cows but sold them all due to the drought. I figured I would keep these embryos in the tank because they werent costing me anything. I have now decided to sale them because the way things are looking, we are not going to be getting back into the club calf business anytime soon. I would hate for these embryos to go to waste sitting in my tank. I bought 50 of these embryos from ZNT Cattle Company two summers ago and used 26 of them. I was very satisfied with the calves I got from these matings, and they all sold very well. I paid $125-$150 for these embryos bases on matings, but would be willing to sale them for $75 each or $1600 for the whole bunch of them. Like I said, they are not doing me any good sitting in the tank. My loss is your gain. You can get the whole group of these embryos for less than what one of these calves should bring you. $75 for quality embryos is way cheap.  I think we gave $500 each for the ones we implanted a few weeks ago.  This should be a no-brainer for somebody.

You oughta try to sell these on the steerplanet website.  might have better luck.

Yes sir.  I dont have an account on their but I might go ahead and make me one just to sell these frozen genetics.  They wont last long on their.  This is a heck of a deal.  Me and my dad are just switching gears a little.  We sold our clubby cows and are starting a stocker operation so we dont have to worry about the drought near as much.  Like I said, you cant hardly even buy a decent club calf for what this whole package would cost you.  This deal would pay for itself in no time flat.  I'd make someone a heck of a deal and sell everyting I have listed for $1850.  This stuff is well worth over double what I'm asking.  Take it or leave it.  I think I'm gunna go make an account on steerplanet so if anyone is looking to start messing with some embryos, let me know before its too late.

  Who was the embyologist that frooze these and would you be cool with some of that semen being checked prior to a purchase being made?  I am not implieing that it may be bad.  It's just things can happen during handling of the semen or while it is in the tank.

Pass the word around.  It never hurts to inform people.  I have the word out on a few different sites but telling one more person wouldnt hurt a bit.  I would really like to make a package sell.  If I really have to split this deal up, I would like to sale the embryos as one package and the semen as another.  Ultimately I would like to see it all go to one buyer but if it doesnt happen I wont be too upset.

I know they told me when I bought the embryos from them, but I can't remember the embryologist's name off the top of my head.  I will get in contact with ZNT Cattle Co. and get you the name for you.   As far as testing the semen, I wouldn't mind getting a straw tested, but if it did test out good, I would expect for you to pay for it as if it was still in the package deal.  If for some reason it did not test out, their would be no cost to you.  I can have a local vet thaw the straw of your choice and see how it tests at your expense.  Of coarse, the only way I would agree to doing all the testing is if I had some kind of written agreement between the two of us or a deposit of some kind.  I'm not saying that I dont trust you, but I have to cover my side of the deal too.

I told you I would find out who the embryologist was that collected the embryos.

I called up Zane at ZNT Cattle Co. and he told me the embryos were actually done by 2 different embryologists.  The K18 x Power Plus were done by Dr. Stroud in Weatherford, TX.  The rest were done by Jeff Pope of Ravenna, NE.

jlingle,  thanks for the steerplanet idea.  I put this same package on there for $2500 and within a few minutes I had people calling and emailing me like crazy.  No one has sent me any money yet but lots of people interested.  Thanks again.  I guess thats what good friends (at least through the board) are for
