Went out tonight for a quick hunt, just a few hours. Boy was it cold!!!! Started off normal, dogs working good, in and out, hunting like crazy. After a few dead dillo's
Got a race started, after about 1 hour garmin showed dogs stopped, heard some booger barking (oh sh!#) a yelp, more yelps, a lil grunting, then silence. Lasted about 15 minutes then a bark and a squeel. Then the dogs came back before we could get there (I think they just killed a shoat). But when they came back 3 out of 4 of my dogs were cut to shreads. They will be fine just sore for a few days, none were real bad just minor cuts and a couple limps every other step. I think they met mama or daddy. But all in all it was good for the dogs and I enjoyed seeing them work in the swirling wind and cold a$$ weather. Guess we will get a bigger one next time
