Got a call from Bryant to come stay at the ranch in Buckholts saturday and make a hunt sunday morning. Trickling in throughout the evening was Bryant and his son Braydon, Darrill, Derick , Matt, Richard, Clint and myself. Bryant grilled burgers and we sat around drinking and bsing.

Sunday morning we each loaded a few dogs and headed several miles down the road. Within a few minutes richard dogs had a bay going that broke 3 times before we ended with a 175 lb boar.

Moved down a ways and sent the dogs in again. This time Bryants pups, Ensor's uglydog and Darrill's gyp opened on a group, catching a shoat and baying a small boar.

Moved to the other end of the place. Parked and sent the dogs out again.....within a few minutes Bart, my jagd, opened bayed at 400 yards.

We made our way into the bay as Matt legged the hog while he was swimming a small oxbow with dogs hanging on...it was another 175 lb boar. Caught another small shoat and called it a day.

We had a good hunt with lots of good people!

It was good to make some new "hungry"  Grin friends and hang out with some old ones. We'll have to get up and do it again. The video looks good rex.
Here are a couple of pics I took on my cellphone.

That dadgum brother of mine brought his appetite, but I think Richard was talking about some of our four-legged friends that found our stash inbetween catching hogs.  The video looks good Rex.  Thanks for proving to the internet hog doggers that my new catchdog is slower than a turtle.  Thanks Bryant for the invite.  Had a great time!

Since I knew you would be here soon, I've been cutting the feet off all our kills lately.  I know how you like those pickled pig feet.  Just let me know when your coming! Smiley
