A couple of my puppies have a cold with some snotty noses.  Do you let them ride it out or do something to help them?

You need to look at what is coming out of their nose and if it is not clear fluid then I would take them to the vet asap.  Distemper which is pretty deadly to pups causes a snotty nose.  They get distemper from the soil usually.
