Nice pic Waylon!
That big ol' houndy looking catahoula in the barrel, Deon, was a full brother to my old Blue dog... but a year and a half older.
Yeah old dirty D, lol.....He was a big old dog. I did not know that about your Blue dog being the same breeding. I never saw your blue dog hunt but from what I under stand their hunting styles must have been completely diferent? Waylon

Kelvin Clark has two dogs that are (IMO) the dogs that everyone wishes they could have. Dixie and his yellow dog, aka...the Old Man. These dogs will find a hog if they have to leave the county. Most of the time they will find hogs that other dogs run past. They have endless bottom and great handle. If they get off of their chian and bay a hog behind the house, they will still be baying it the next morning. Dixie and the Old Man are getting up there in age now and Tillman Thornton got a pup out of the them, her name is Angel and she looks just like her moma. She is going to be a great dog also.

Saw this post and wanted to bring it back to the top.
Best two dogs I've ever hunted with:
Magic- Rance Barnes owned him, but the dog died a few months back. One hell of a dog.
Paint- Jesse Paul's dog. Nuff said

Phillip's - daisy, she gets out and stay's out and finds'em
Blake's - Jane, she's a 40lb hog anchor seen her hang with the curr dogs over a mile one time when the bay broke.
Dennis Huber - Hank , and Jill, some of the best pointers I've ever seen,,when hunted as a pair no quail can hide from them! You can hunt behind these dog with first shot outfitters.
Chase - Nig, Dang good strike dog!
Krystal (aka) uglydog - Lady, she in my kennels now, but i can't take credit for her, she's past her prime but can still find a hog I wish I could of had her in her prime.

Jesse Paul (Lionandboarhunter)- Jet. His name describes how he hunts, runs a track, and chases down wild boar. Straight business. If any dog can keep up with this one I would pay damn good money to see it.
