I'm out of Rosenberg, Tx. I'm looking for a place to run my dogs. The place I'm on now is running low on hogs and starting to run high in new homes, if anyone knows of a place I can run my dogs in Fort Bend,Wharton,Brazoria counties contact me, my info is attached, thanks....
Is there anybody in the Ft. Bend County area that would be willing to let me run my dogs on their place?

Hey Kevin,
I lived in Rosenburg until a few months ago, I moved to houston. How big of a place you need. I dont know if you are willing to drive2.5 hours to E Texas. I have seen lots of hog sign on our place but it seems they move once deer season starts. I dont have any hog dogs i only run beagles on rabbit. It has been a longtime since i have been on a good hog hunt with dogs. I have been out of work so you can call me i will be open to go. But just have to make sure I have the money to travel. I could use a hog and im sure it would be fun. Good fellowship, great food and good dogs no matter what the chase is. So give me a call and if my place is big enough we can go.

That sounds good, how big of a place are we talking about? I walk my dogs most of the time, they are medium to close range in heavy cover and will open up in less dense areas. I'm looking for some place close to me so I can go often but I'm open to running them anywhere. I will keep your info and get in touch when I get back in town, thanks...

Hey I'm from rosenberg to, I thought I was the only one with dogs in rosenberg lol. I really don't have much here but I do got places down in Goliad.

Yeah I've hunted with dog for a while off and on; coon, cat, rabbit, hog..it's hard to find places close by these days with all the new houses they're building. I can find places to trap all day but they are to small to run dogs. In the old days I would load my dogs in a flatbottom boat and take them up the brazos to HUGE pieces of land, I won't see anybody all day. I've gotten back into the hog dog this past year or so and the places are hard to find. If your in the area and I find a place I'll let you know and maybe we can run our dogs together, good hearing from you and I'll keep in touch.

That sounds like a plan, I have a buddy that has about 15k of corn fields down near edna and I have 4000 acres in goliad plus other good spots I will get with you. The corn fields won't be ready to hunt until late april and may though.

Just wanted to cycle this back and see if there are any other hog doggins in the Ft. Bend area on here...Got some leads on places..hope I don't step on toes to get them I don't think anybody else is hunting them...
